Can you try to perform factory reset for your console? http://support.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

I just did the reset. The same problem still occurs

- 9 years agoSame exact issue. Tried all their troubleshooting steps and nothing. I am on Xbox One too, and have two different internet subscriptions each from a different ISP. I even tried using my mobile phone connection and nothing works.
