Hello @AlAbouzeid
Can you try to perform factory reset for your console? http://support.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults
Let me know if this resolves the issue for you.
Cheers,
Archi
So no more help.....?

Hello @AlAbouzeid
Can you try some troubleshooting steps from our article here on Xbox One connectivity issues https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/console/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-xbox/
If you still having problems getting online, you might want to contact EA Advisors directly on this https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
- 9 years agoSame exact issue. Tried all their troubleshooting steps and nothing. I am on Xbox One too, and have two different internet subscriptions each from a different ISP. I even tried using my mobile phone connection and nothing works.

I tried the troubleshooting steps and it still didn't work. I can't directly contact the Advisors because the only way to do so is through phone, which would be way too expensive from here in Egypt.
As @MRizk the phone connection also isn't working. And phone connections are generally on par with some average/ above average internet speeds.
- 9 years agoI happen to be located currently in Egypt too, that's where I am facing the issue.
I am not having an issue with the speed at all. Both my landline and phone would never dip under 20 Mbps at any given time.
I will be calling them in about an hour though and I will see what the can offer. Ended up getting Overwatch yesterday till they get this issue resolved. I really enjoyed Titanfall 2 :/
