9 years agoI tried the troubleshooting steps and it still didn't work. I can't directly contact the Advisors because the only way to do so is through phone, which would be way too expensive from here in Egypt.
As @MRizk the phone connection also isn't working. And phone connections are generally on par with some average/ above average internet speeds.
- 9 years agoI happen to be located currently in Egypt too, that's where I am facing the issue.
I am not having an issue with the speed at all. Both my landline and phone would never dip under 20 Mbps at any given time.
I will be calling them in about an hour though and I will see what the can offer. Ended up getting Overwatch yesterday till they get this issue resolved. I really enjoyed Titanfall 2 :/- 9 years ago

- 9 years agoKeep it English so that they get to see our complaints. Yes I am on TE Data, but I've also tried Etisalat home ADSL, and mobile network. All three gave the same error.
