Contacting Respawn Servers - Titanfall 2

I have Titanfall 2 which I bought on Steam, I've had it for around 7 months probably, it was working perfectly fine until recently when I got a new Laptop and when I try to load into Multiplayer, the Data Servers at the bottom say "Searching..." and when I hover over Multiplayer, it is locked and says "Contacting Respawn Servers..." I am getting sick of playing Campaign over and over so can someone tell me how to fix this issue?
