I play Titanfall 2 on Xbox One. I wonder if complaining to Microsoft about a game that they are actively selling is unplayable on Xbox One would do anything. Maybe Microsoft (for example) would remove it from their store? Same with Sony and PS4?
This is *. I'm Jonesing to play and at the same time getting pissed off. Beware everyone about "end of life" of your favorite games or software versions. It's a business. You gotta pay to play. And these days you gotta pay monthly, annually and PERPETUALLY to play. There's a sucker born every minute.
I would give it a shot. If they're not aware of it already, they should be. Same with Steam. Orgin will be like pissing on a wildfire, since EA owns Origin.
