And the (temporary) solution is to uninstall Agnitum Outpost firewall, not just disable it.
After that game works like a charm.
So since you un-installed your computers firewall, you can now see ping time's for the DataCenters?
Yes. I see the ping and can actually play.
First uninstall FW, then reboot.
Yeah I just un-installed and rebooted my machine but still have the negative ping showing up in the list of datacenters.
Im gonna look at my routers settings and make sure that nothing is blocking anything. is there any particular port that should be open for this game?
So I figured out what was wrong and it had nothing to do with the game.
Food for thought for people whoe experience this in the future, it's because the IP addresses and or ports are being blocked.
I thought that PeerBlock was turned off but I was mistaken, it was aggresivley blocking all outgoing traffic to Microsoft.
