Agents from EA's Live Chat say that they do not have a direct line to the game team and that they are aware of the issue yet amusingly there have been no official statements from any of EA's social media accounts. It would be a good idea for everyone to try to get in contact directly with people from the team by tagging them on Twitter and such. I've only been able to get one person to respond and that person no longer works at EA or Respawn.

    @novasdf i know that boy i have seen pictures he made the game but that does not mean he made it him self even servers are not relating to game making u just must prevent anti ddos atacks many game platforms have such fire walls it is big shame for ea even they don`t know what we are talknig about im sure if they release games there could be new patch like deleteing smart pistol adding range to guns preventing map hack by seeing game directory and changing servers to new strong servers like old games which is being done i don`t understand them my pc don`t support tf2 and i don`t play no more games sad me☹️
