Again the hacker is the same one from Titanfall, both games use the same tech, it's the same franchise, it was just a matter of time til he moved onto Apex, he hates the franchise and/or Respawn and does anything he can to damage it, easy as that.

The group who has taken down Apex is not related to the people who want Titanfall dead. In fact they've stated somewhere in a post written in Russian that they are tired of Respawn being unethical selling broken products and not fixing bugs in any of their games to the point that some exploits that are now 7 years old can still be abused in Apex.
