Didn't receive in game achievement rewards.

Hey, so i completed 100% Achievements on Titanfall 2, i started playing mp, and when i looked into the banners, i missed 2 banners which were supposed to come with certain achievements. The SRS banners to be precise, i got the basic SRS banner, which is for completing the game, but i didn't receive neither Fire nor Gold version of it. You should receive the Fire one after beating the game on Hard or Master (Not sure which one) I completed the game on both Hard and Master, but still don't have the banner. And the Gold one you get from collecting all collectables, i did collect them all, but i still don't have the banner. The information about the banners is from Titanfall 2 Wiki. So i did contact an adviser, and after investigating the issue, they told me to make a post in here. Really dunno where the issue is, so i'd be glad if anyone could help me. I attached the screenshot of my ingame banners, if you want to see the bug for yourself. Also i attached freshly made DxDiag. Thanks for help in advice.
