I do not understand why do ea lay about graphic cars i have a gts250 that is better than minimun but game crash when i am loading a match.... Give me a solution... All drivers are update... And please do not say that this graphic card is weak and slow... See minimun requirements....
The first Geforce generation with DirectX 11 was the GTX 400 series. Even though there has been some after the fact waffling from Respawn about Dx11, the fact is that the GT 9800, a generation oldfer than a GTS 250, can run this, if only at minimum low settings. Your GPU has less performance than the GT 9800, but my best guess is that the drivers you have now weren't well tested for Geforces as old as it is.

If your fluency in Enfglish is holding you back, then a self-help members' forum is not going to work well for you. This is not an official support website at all. You may have better access to a language you are more fluent with if you go to Help Center and stay on Help Center. Answer HQ does have game support for some games in four other languages, French, German, Russian, and Spanish.
