Do you need EA access to play Titanfall 2?
I just recently bought Titanfall 2 and it says I need a subscription. Battlefront does the same thing. Do I need a subscription to EA Access?

No you don't need Origin Access,
you could play it over Origin Access or buy it directly.

@mattsteret672 Hey, to play these games online on console you need to have that console's online subscription, either Xbox Live Gold or Playstation Plus.
There's absolutely no need to have EA Access (Or Origin Access) if you've bought the game.I assume you're on Xbox, can I check if you can play other games online?

What is the exact error message? Did you have the game on a digital EA Access subscription before? If so, can you try deleting the digital version then install the disc edition?
