Does everyone want Titanfall 3?

As a fan of both Titanfall games, I'm gonna be honest: I'd like to see Titanfall 3, but not right this minute, and I'll explain.

First off, a lot of lore regarding how obsolete the titans in the first game were got glossed over entirely. While the basic story beats are able to make up for this, I feel that 2 relies too much on prior knowledge from the first game in terms of the universe and characters. For example, what was so unreliable with the Ogre or Atlas titans where the Stryders were apparently repurposed as Ronin units? Never explained. What the hell is a Vanguard-class Titan? Never explained, at least not in detail.

Second, some of the team have retired and may never come back, essentially requiring new blood to take their place or pull double-duty with Apex a la Call Of Duty and its Warzone counterparts. That's even if the staff has the money or firepower at this stage, but I wouldn't mind, say, a Wayforward-developed spinoff in the same art style as Assault, but as a 2D side-scroller. This would help flesh out Lastimosa a little more leading up to his eventual death and burial. Not only would the lore door be wide open, but it would give Lastimosa the gravitas he clearly had assigned to him.

Third, there should be room for TF3, but I don't want it to be rushed if they finally pull the trigger on Titanfall again, especially with the odds of COD being more popular stacked against both Respawn and EA.
