Community AdminOk, so this is an Origin issue rather than TF specifically. You mention using a workaround to get it to install in the first place. What issue were you having, how was the install failing?
Also, just to check for something simple, please reset your hosts file: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034
I used the OriginUpdate_8_5_0_4550.zip And i had to change the name of the Origin.exe to Originxxx.exe Also my TMPOrigin.exe dosnt work. Even when i rename it to Origin.exe
