Community AdminUnfortunately we can't remote in to players' machines, as much as we'd love to have a rummage around some of the more persistent issues. How did the install fail, exactly? Did it appear to complete correctly, or did you get an error message?
Im still having the problem. I really dont know what to do at this point.
