I have the exact same issue. When I pause the download and reopen Origin, the client says its downloaded 27.21 gigabytes out of 36 total and is always at 73%. When I resume the download it recalculates and then jumps up to 80% complete, 21 gigabytes out of 27. The download progresses and then at 98% or 99% it drops back down to 80%, every single time. Contacted EA customer support and he claimed it was a corrupted save file and had me wipe my cache, but that didn't work. I would really like an answer to this as well honestly, I've been trying to install Titanfall 2 for the past three days now and have gotten zero support. Incredibly frustrating.

Community AdminAssuming there's not an issue with the hard drive (swapping them out as in the first post clearly shows this isn't the case) then the next thing I'd guess at would be a local block, such as from security software.
If you try restarting with a Clean Boot and (temporarily) disable your anti-virus, do you encounter the same looping install issue?
