EA support is being unhelpful, ignorant and stupid.
Hi there, so I was trying to play good old Titanfall again but I have a problem with downloading the free map packs that come with the game, I basically can't play it because of this problem. I have contacted support a few times and they kept saying the same things like "Clear your cache." or "Can you please send me the email linked to this account?" and after that just ghosted me after saying they were gonna report it. I even had one guy saying to me that I had to contact Microsoft support for an issue that is clearly at EA's end. Absolute clowns.
If anybody knows a fix, let me know please. Would greatly appreciate it.
Pretty much my experience, EA support is now outsourced to some cheap companies in india, many of the agents can barely even talk english or reply in hindi to my tickets, they're completely useless. As for your issue if you own base edition of Titanfall 1 you'll need to purchase a Season Pass key to get the DLC maps, it's the only way to get them now.
