Engine Error: file corruption

Titanfall 2, engine error: file corruption detected, I've re installed, repaired, check for system corruption, copied from a working version, even downloaded it even though i have physical disc's  ...

I have the exact same problem after I AFKed for a few days. 

Now Titanfall2 have this problem. And my BF1 won't launch as well.

    @geoff1126 Do you have any Steam games on that drive and have they encountered any similar issues? 

    Is the repair ineffective for you too? Can I ask what Anti-virus you use?


    Can you try a malware scan before the repair if you haven't already?
