ERROR 401 BYTEVAULT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED

When I try to connect to a game I always get error 401 BYTEVAULT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED. I have already tried repairing the game twice but I continue to get this error. I've double-checked all ports...

Same here, I was playing Titanfall fine on thursday, but then when I logged in on friday, Bytevault. I tried repairing, nothing. I just looked this up, contacted ea support to check and I was banned for no reason. Sigh.
