ERROR 401 BYTEVAULT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED

When I try to connect to a game I always get error 401 BYTEVAULT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED. I have already tried repairing the game twice but I continue to get this error. I've double-checked all ports...
