Hey, can you try hard restarting your Xbox? It sounds like something's not quite working, and hopefully a restart will fix it.
Xbox one. Go to settings, system, and I think it was under there. Find Clear Local game data. The Xbox will restart and resync your game data next time you launch the game.
This worked in combo with unplugging it for five minutes then clearing the local game data.
My Expedition DLC is now fine.

That actually worked, none of the other solutions seemed to change anything. It would be nice if EA somehow sent this info to all people who have purchased the Expedition pack.

**bleep** EA. The DLC for Battlefield did the same thing. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops to make this stuff work, they should make it so it works right the first time without having to **bleep** around so much.
Here's a suggestion. The next time you run into an executive from EA, punch them in the balls repeatedly.
If this still doesn't work after reinstalling I expect a full refund.
