Frontier Defense - Aegis Rank not giving Advocate Gift

What happens when the bug occurs? I simply don't have anything in my inbox to open.
What do you expect to see? I expect to receive the advocate gift after unlocking it.

So quite simply I was referred to the forums as my live chat couldn't fix the problem. After leveling up my aegis rank in Frontier Defense, at certain levels you're supposed to receive advocate gifts. I unlock them but when I goto the inbox, there is no box waiting for me. About 6 or so have eluded me.
