Considering that Respawn and EA have almost certainly quit caring for the game the likely hood for even a bug update for the game, let alone limited time skins returning, is almost 0. There hasn't been an update since August of 2017 so that says a lot about Respawn and EA, "not forgetting about Titanfall 2". Its the sad truth that Respawn and EA are too focused on Apex and other big titles to give the Titanfall community a little love or even an update to optimize the servers and fix bugs and etc.
