Game Freezes at Menu

My xbox one Titanfall freezes at Menu, but my xbox 360 Titanfall works well, I have already restarted my xbox one, and re install the Tiatanfall, but it's not working.

tankship998 try power cycling. Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off. Wait a minute or two. Turn it back on and try again.
