I have the same issue. I bought the game in the EA app and when i want to play it it asks me to sign in for the key product activation. I signed in and the game opened and it was not in fullscreen so activated the fullscreen and then I quitted the game, relauched it to verify if everything worked fine and now I can't play the game because I have the error code 10502 that tells me that I have tryed to open the game on to many devices but the thing is that I opened it only three times on ONE pc. SO WTF EA I BOUGHT THE F**KING GAME AND I CAN'T PLAY IT ??? WTF IS THAT KIND OF SERVICE
