Everytime i go to install the game, after downloading it, it opens the audio unpacking, does that at normal speed then rapidly "finishes" to 99% then simply cancels.

Try and exit Origin, then start it using rightclick-->open as administrator, then repair Titalfall by rightclicking-->repair and then try and install again.

After the Titanfall installation finishes including the audio unpacking, intead of it saying Play game it just says Install.  I have already installed it a few times and never do I get the option to actually play.  The installation seems to work without a hitch, it is just that after it finishes the only option I have is Install Game, not Play like it should be!  Help I preloaded this game a few days ago and still am not able to play.

same problem mate. I've tried everything. Repairing, reinstalling origin, redownloading the game. I've had this exact problem since beta.

yeah, this is getting frustrating.  last night when the game unlocked i was all happy to jump in and be amongst the first people (at least in my time zone lol) to play but was greeted with never ending reinstalls.  redownloaded the game and same problem, but the beta worked fine.  so far this release has been a titanfail for me.

ok I checked the install log in the titanfall\_installer directory and found this:

So it seems there is a snag after the audio finishes unpacking, somethign to do with gdfbinary_en_us.  I see that file in the main titanfall directory but I am oblivious as to what the problem is.

Try launching Origin as administrator.

Tried that. Tried it 3 times =/

every time i exit after downloading to run as admin i have to completely redownload the game. repair option never works. I hate origin. so. much.
