Help me pls
I am unable to open my game after downloading it just shows this if I direct srt and if i srt through ea app it doesn’t srt i already talk to ea support they are unable to help me

0xc000007b error
If you’re getting the 0xc000007b error for Windows 10 and you’re having trouble installing any of the VC++ versions, it might be because Windows 10 disables NET Framework by default.
To enable NET Framework:
- Open the Control Panel.
- Search Control Panel in the Start menu to find it.
- Click Uninstall a program under Programs.
- Click Turn Windows features on or off.
- Click the plus sign (+) next to all of the NET Framework options you see, usually 3.5 and 4.6, and check the boxes.
- Reinstall VC++ x64 and x86 for 2010 and 2013.
This should fix that error and get the EA app up and running on your computer.
- Open the Control Panel.
