How do I fix the ''Origin Overlay Disabled'' issue?

Even though my Origin Overlay is enabled, Titanfall 2 says that ''Origin overlay disabled''. My OO (short for origin overlay) is enabled, the game says it isn't.

Hey @Drunky_Teddy, try clearing Origin cache and then try to in-game to see if its active. 🙂

I have to reinstall the
https://origin-a.akamaihd.net/Origin-Client-Download/origin/live/OriginSetup_10_5_41_27263.exe
every time I go into Origin as it tries to update ...even though ive deactivated auto updates for games and origin.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Looks like the latest Origin update has fixed it ...
