How do we get the free DLC for Titanfall 1 on PC?

So I put in my code for Titanfall 1 jsut to find out that I can not play it unless i download the map packs which the game said are freely availabe. Every time I try to download the packs it says that the store in under maintenance but this never seems to change. Is there a fix for this? Is there a way to get the packs outside of the EA page, like an official download link? The people that own the game should be able to play the game that they purchased you would think. Please give me and some others that are on PC some way to access these free packs so that we can enjoy this great game. PLEASE...
