How i regenerate ?

(sorry for my English, I use a google translator)

So here's the deal, I have played titanfall and 1 for level 2 managed to pass without problems ... frankly I at the time I didn't even know what it was.
Now I'm 50 and I wanted to move from level 2 to 3. It appears her regeneration, I guess ... go there and tell me whenever I need 4 more goals. But I've done 5 and I still can't, and there are still objectives to be served.

@luisalves086 Yes, in order to regenerate at the middle and later levels, you'll need to pass the challenges that push you to play with different weapons and items.
