Hello, I have a problem with the gameThis morning I woke up and started a match, but after some seconds the ping goes up to 2500+, and that makes the game freeze, so I left the match(there was nothing else I could do) to try another time to see if the problem persists. And yes, I started other 6 matches after that one with everyone of them resulting the same. I already tried to connect to broadband, restarting wi-fi router and tried to rebuild ps4's database, didn't work. The I shut down the ps4 and waited a pair of hours and came back to retry, same.I had the game since 2017 and it worked perfectly until now. Sometimes I can play 1-2 games before it happens but then it will load a game and after about a minute or even off the start it will send my ping to 2500 or above. Right after I check my internet connection and speed on my console and there was nothing abnormal or wrong with my connection or speed. I’m hoping they can do an update to fix this issue because I really enjoy playing this game but I can’t really even play anything but campaign on it

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @hy350. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

Hi, thank you for replying.
I tried a lot of the suggestion already, but still doesn't seems to work
the last thing I can try is probably reinstalling the system update for the console.
Tried reinstalling the game too but didn't work as expected.
I don't think it is a network problem since I tried other online games and they worked fine.

I switched my server and I haven’t had an issue since.
