I have redeemed 8 mountain dew and doritos codes for titanfall 2,

but none of them are appearing in-game. why is this? how do I get them to show up in the game? the account is tied botg to my ea account and my xbla account. When I clicked on "help" on the dewanddoritos site, it brought Mr to Ea.

Becoming very frustrated. Please help.
