I keep getting Error Code 503

this is unacceptiable they should have been more prepared cuz u can make an amazing game but if u dont service it right u will discourge players......im close to wanting my money back

well im not sure what to think about ea right now.  first you release BF4, fix then break it multiple times then this.  I can deal with unstable framerates, and waiting a bit for a match, but not being able to connect  during a launch of an online title is becoming old and unacceptable.  Right now an 80 dollar virus on my hard drive..

Edit:  it's not a far stretch to understand why some of us that pay our hard earned money feel slighted when this occurs;  esspecially in a game where there are no offline play options  (save the tutorial).     I don't want to be a part of the ea flame war I just want to be able to buy in confidence that the functionality of the game is ensured...  Right now recent  history shows some issues that bring up  major concern regarding game functionality during the launch period and often beyond for many publishers.  I do however personally appreciate the reply from the ea folks and hope this gets resolved soon.   

 503 error code means that a server is temporarily unavailable or overloaded.

i am seriously getting sick of this, every time i buy an ea game i cant play for some similar reason, first bf3 then sim city 4 now this....
