Is solo play possible? (Only half-solved)

It's not that I'm avert to playing with others but I'm used to playing solo against bots similar to CS, plus searching for lobbies can take a while. I was wondering then if it is now possible to play ...

    @odanurr87 you can play with other players against AI aka bots in PvE matches but there is no single player or even offline botmode.
