Issues with anti-titan weapon and selecting campaign mode battles

First: should I be able to select specific campaign-mode battles before I've completed the campaign mode? Obviously not the ones I haven't unlocked yet; but what about ones I already have? When I try...

    Aye, you can only resume from where you left off, until you complete the campaign. Note that if no matching game is found, it'll expand the search and might drop you in an earlier mission.

    As for your AT weapon, try resetting your keybinds, and check again.

I think I hit solved too quickly. I actually just finished the campaign and I still can't select particular battles, just resume where I left off...do I have to play through consecutively the whole way?

    You'll need to finish the campaign with both sides and then you can choose the mission. You can check the faction icons in the corner for your progress.
