Issues with Titanfall 2 game verification

I recently bought Titanfall 2 through Steam. Each time I try to run the game it gives me a pop up to "Activate" my game (see first attachment). I log in and it gives me an error saying it could not a...

Hey there, 

If you keep getting asked for the activation, please try deleting the licenses folder: 

  • Close the EA app and Steam.
  • Press the Windows key and "R"
  • Type "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER (this is a hidden folder so you may have to enable visibility in Windows Explorer to see it)
  • Delete the "License" folder
