Lag on PS4 (High Ping)
I get 20 on the Taiwan server but when gaming my ping is stable at 480-500. Is there any solution to this?

I am sorry for all those troubles with the connection. Do you have any troubles with online play in other game? Maybe opening corresponding TCP ports can solve this? Let me know how it goes.

Same thing. I've raised a topic a few days ago. When I started playing ping was good with the darkest green. The last month or so, ping went to the skies. This is not your problem, this is not my problem. Many people are experiencing this.

Are you also on PlayStation 4? And what region are you in? Have you tried to improve your connection with Titanfall 2?

- Thanks for the reply. I can confirm after opening ports that I login and find games faster, but the ping is still high around 500. This is the only game I have a problem with. I play Street Fighter 5 with no problem and this game requires high internet speed. Other games I play are Overwatch and Starwars Battlefront which are ok. My PS4 connected to the router by a wire. I have a very good router and my UPNP is open in my router's settings, also I have opened ports for PS4 and Titanfall 2. Unfortunately, I cant play it online. This is my favorite shooter. It was a system seller for me when Titanfall first launched on Xbox One.

Can you also disconnect any WiFi devices, you might have connected with your router and test connection with Titanfall 2?

this router is only connected to my PS4. Main menu Taiwan ping is 22-25 and in game is 500
I was thinking that is it possible to switch to a PC version?

I am sorry, but you can`t change version of the game. Is there any chance you can use another way to connect your console with Internet, just to see if this makes any difference to your connection speed.

I don't really have any other choice beside buying the PC version. I will sell my PS4 and buy a second hand gaming laptop and buy Titanfall 2 and Starwars Battlefield which I both on PS4. The reason why it took long for me to reply because I changed my ISP and I was with no internet for a few days. I thought changing my ISP would make it work but I was still getting high ping (this time 200-300 rather than the steady 500 with the other ISP.) Hopefully the PC version is my last resort.
- @EA_Archi It’s 2020 June and the ping is 300-700 and only shows me Moscow/Frankfurt servers while I’m at Middle East any solution for this ??
