Live Chat broken

Question

Becuase yall are too chaep you eliminated the live phone support and have gone exclusivly to the live chat. While thats horrible customer service and you know it, i can at least understand why you did it.

What is not acceptable is that the live chat doesnt work. Over the course of weeks i have tried using the live chat feature wit not a single connection to a human. Ive tried on 2 didffernet computers & my ipad.

All it says is 20 - 25 minutes wait time. and then nothing happens. it never connects. Sometimes it will say. sorry there are no more consultants availiable, or it will go to a page not found screen. Or just nothing and it says 20-25 for hours. When i click chat now it always takes me to a page not found screen

This would all be forgivable if you would return my emails. but you wont.

I honestly believe its yout intention to just frustrate me until i give up. THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Normally when this happens it's a cache issue. I would suggest clearing the cache / history of your browser before trying or perhaps try another browser.

Generally speaking,&nbsp; 3 weeks to a month is about tops for anyone to post a question and still be on hand later on, so a year and a half later, you KNOW that the OP for this thread has moved on!&nbsp;
