Loading Black Screen of Death

Ever since I've started playing Titanfall, I've been struggling with the black screen of death during loading.

Right after the introduction video, the screen would turn black and stay like that for about 3-5 minutes, then a "Cannot find token from origin" error appears. Playable afterwards, I've been ignoring it for the last few weeks.

After today's update however, the screen turns black permanently. No more loading spinner, no more nothing. After the intro video, I get a black screen and it stays like that without any changes.

Tried the following, with same outcome:

Reboot
Repair
Reinstall
Repair again
Setting to windowed mode (Alt+enter doesn't work for some weird reason)
Different PC
