Lost Product Code and Bad Customer Service
So I see that Titanfall is on sale, I already own the game but I thought a buddy of mine would enjoy it as well, I buy it, and never recieve the product code. I go to the email address it was sent to, nothing. I go online to ask for them to resend the product code, it asks me to talk to a live representative for help, I select that option. "Sorry - That pages dosn't exist" Ok, so then I'll just get a refund and give my friend the money to buy the game himself. Select refund, they say they will review it, never get back to me, I decide to try and get in contact again as the sale has now ended and I doubt my buddy will shell in the other 20 for the game and i'm deffinitly not giving him 40 for a game he might not like. I cancel my refund request so I can try and find a way to chat or email an ea help center person. Click Cancel and get a page error again. So now im not sure whats happening, am I getting a refund? Am I going to be contacted by a help rep, am I sitting at my desk out 20 bucks like a sap, who knows....
