Platform: PC

Internet Provider: Triple Broadband (3BB Thailand)

Router Brand: Buffalo WBMR-HP-GN

Data Center connecting to in game: SEA, East Asia, Japan West

What error are you getting: Stuck on the screen with the ships until a message pops up saying the server has timed out but no problem if connect to West US server (which has higher ping)
