Platform: PC 

Internet Provider: TOYA sp.z.o.o

Router Brand: Cisco EPC3008

Data Center connecting to in game: NONE

What error are you getting: 

I live in Poland. I'm able to play all Origin games online without problems. Titanfall however is stuck in Main Menu, can't connect anywhere:

Keeps trying to search matchmaking and connecting, never progresses further. When I click on the connections (lower right, Main Menu)
