Mouse axes cut out in-game

I have been getting a problem with the both the X and Y axis of my Razer Hex mouse cutting out in-game for a short time (ranging from 0.5 seconds to about 3 seconds). I am able to use my left and right click while the axes stop responding so it is not an issue with mouse connectivity or reg.

I have tried the following:

1. reinstalled drivers and firmware

2. tried other games

3. tweaked sensitivity options

The problem appears to be isolated to Titanfall and only while in-game, not in the menus. I am unsure if this is a known bug but after a few google searches I have not seen anything regarding the issue specifically.

Try putting +m_rawinput 1 as a startup flag for the game..

you can edit your startup commands for the game by right clicking on the game in origin.
