Online Multiplayer is not working Xbox one

My multiplayer is not working , my platform is xbox one x 

whenever i try to play multiplayer it stucks and couldn't let me join any match,

As i have already posted this issue previously no one from ea staff have properly respond to my complain

I hope this time u will resovle my issue
