origin code 401?

Trying to get some answer what happend;
I was playing titanfall all was okay .. (as much fun it is to vs a team full of smart pistol) i was getting some good kills in, i started to notice one player i was playing against was able to hit me from where ever on the map, triple arc'ed his titan he was still able to shoot me with a chain gun head shot every time! I finally killed his titan it was going to self destruct, he still got a head shot on me with a chain gun! torwards the end of the match i arc'ed his titan again and was able to down it with a anti titanweapon, he ejected the titan was able to track me while ejecting and kill me with 2 well placed arc grenade, anyways i strongly think this guy was cheating. I went to swich data centers to find a new match and i got a error; bytevault_authentication_required origin error 401. I was reading online about this issue and people are saying this is what happens when you are banned? I been having a issue all day with all my games not being able to sync origin data to the cloud, even having have problems logging in. I called origin looking for answers i got none. Guess what i am getting at is can you get banned for killing a cheating player? Or is origin having some serious issues?

Hi, there is currently an issue with Origin services that can also affect TF and give this message.
