origin not recognizing that I'm running windows 7 -> can't install Titanfall

hello,  having problem with downloading Titanfall. Origin isn't recognizing that I'm running with Windows 7 Home premium and gives me this error screen when trying to download link. I have tried uni...

    ok, update 

    Started PC on safe boot and initialized the dowload there and restarted PC normally and now I can continue the dowload here.

    this is a temporary fix, but a fix non the less

Ya I'm running 64-bit version, put it in this category because I wasn't sure was it origin havung problems or titanfall
I will be putting same Q in titanfall category when I have the chance, but replies here are welcome

Be absolutely certain you have all of the Microsoft updates for Windows7.  Look through the "optional" ones as well for any needed for gaming, then, if it turns out that it's not Origin's fault after all, two threads on the same thing are unwanted.  Ask, and have the thread moved at that point.  Currently, frailties of the origin system aren't something that I personally am on top of here, so we need a different member to look in.
