Have you tried deleting all your AMD driver files using DDU ( http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html )

followed by a reboot and then installing the newest drivers?

Still doesn't work. I get the DXGI Error less now, but now I'm betting an engine error: Couldn't create texture for various textures. Error code is 887a0005
