[PC] - Getting error 0xc0000007b when trying to open game.

I have: updated my GPU drivers, reinstalled windows, reinstalled the game. Updated: DirectX, Updated: Visual C++ x86 and x64. Nothing I have done fixes my issue and I'm not sure what to do
