Since downloading and applying the update releaswed today I cannot play Titanfall due to a serious graphics issue.

From what I'm reading about your problems most of you are using cards that do not support DX11 not to mention are out dated by a few years.
No offence but I am having issues with the game not keeping up with the capabilities of 2 R9 290X's in Crossfire with 3 144hz monitors running at 6008X1078.
I would suggest you update to a newer card that is DX11 or higher.
your problems will go away after that.

Hi, i have the same problem as in the video shown! And i have a GTX 275
As another user answered, it's definitly a DX11 issue with our DX10 cards, which sounds very logical!
Everyone in this thread is using a DX10 card. Thing is just, that the game was running before. Maybe EA has a deal with NVIDIA to force players to buy new cards, since the PC market isn't going that well, cause of the rising smartphone/tablet and console generation!
However, it seems EA has intentionally changed the shader code, so if you start the game with a DX10 card you'll get this undesired grainy effect! :/

Having the same issue, graphics are now grey and grainy after the patch. Quite frankly, if they're gonna recommend we buy a new graphics card instead of fixing the problem I'm going to demand a refund. I paid for this game, met all the system requirements, and I expect it to run. If there only solution is to spend more money then this is a bait and switch, pure and simple.

Thought I should throw in my problems as well.
I have a GTX 285 (Win 8.1) and I'm getting the same silver mess as shown across this thread. I've been using the beta shaders before and they worked up until this June update (the so-called DX10 fixes never worked for me).
Please tell me a fix will come soon, or at least allow the beta shaders to work again!
