I have the same lag spikes and rubber-banding, it happens in BF1 and Titanfall 2 in the exact same way. Every 5-10 seconds I get a 2-3 second long lag freeze, when the freeze ends I get "rubber-banding" and my character flies forward or backwards by approximately 10-20 feet in-game. It's been doing this since October 29th. I posted another thread, no solutions yet. There is definitely something going wrong with EA servers overall.
