To check are you installing the game on your C driver or another drive?
If seems EA app is seeing some file as incorrect or possibly corrupted. After you uninstall the game, have you tried running anything like revo uninstaller or CCleaner to ensure it is wiped from your PC before restarting and trying to reinstall?
@EA_Illium yes during previous conversations with ea support they've had me use revo to make sure Titanfall is wiped (pic from revo uninstaller where titanfall should be if it were installed)

To check have we already tried the following?
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for your game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
- Try a new user or admin account

1-Aside from my base computer antivirus I don't see anything that would hinder Titanfall
2-Done with no errors or issues
3-Drives and windows are all up to date
4-Done b4
5-Done b4
6-Only have 1 account on my computer and it's is the admin account
